We are not bhukay nangay but we are chamar. Why we want separate path. We should be together and one. Khud ko kar buland itna ki khuda tujse pusay ki Teri marji Kiya hei. Ravidass ji never been separate. He never taught us to be alone. If you want to get together don’t separate yourself. We never know any teaching other than Guru Granth Sahib

Absolutely just list the ‘deras’ where ‘Amritbani’ has been installed, which the Hindu chamars follow -The ballan sect and a new hindu caste. If they call themselves anything else is a delusion.The enlightened Ravidassia sikhs, who are now higher caste than the hindu chamars, follow the Guru Granth Sahib, the origin of which was the ‘sacha sauda’ (enlightenment .ie Sikhi) received by Guru Nanak Dev from the ‘sadhus, who we now know were his contemporary Bhagats, who planned sikhism. Thank God Ravidass was also one them. On his own he had considerable difficulties with the brahmins, but when Satgur Kabir, Satgur Sadna, and Satgur Sain Dev joined forces they felt stronger. As shudras it was forbidden under brahminism(now hinduism) to preach religion which was the exclusive right of Brahmins or Kshtriyas. This is why they had to pass the burden or the batton of their mission to Guru Nanak, who was blessed by the Bhagats( Satgurus).The brahmins could not treat him as bad as the Satgurus because under Brahminsm the Kshatriyas had that right to preach. Guru Nanak was called all sorts of bad names as he associated himself with the low caste shudras.Their blessing was his ‘enlightenment.’ Guru Nanak put this heavy yoke on his shoulders at a very tender age and never looked back. Without Guru Granth Sahib I think Ravidass may never have been discovered. The real culprit behind breaking and seperating Ravidass from the main stay of sikhism are the brahmins, who for political reasons popularised Satgur Ravidass with the chamars from about 1925 so as to create a seperate political vote bank for the Congress Party. They did not want the chamars to align themselves with the sikhs as this would increase the sikh majority and reduce the congress party’s chances of being elected to goverment. Again the old divide and rule policy of the the brahmins. This explains why the chamars have never been allowed properly to be assimmilated into the sikh fold. The community has had too much political manipulation. The same happened with the Valmikis in the19th century, who were given valmik, the writer of Ramayan as too many were leaving hinduism and becoming becoming sikhs, muslims or christians. As these left hinduism they also stop doing the latrine soil work. For the high castes it became a real practical problem as you can imagine. The brahmins sacrificed Valmik, who was actually a brahmin and gave him to the Valimiks who became proud that the real father of hindusim was their patron saint valmik, (even though there is nothing in the Ramayan to say he was from that community) and this also ensured the that the community continue the laterine soil work. Politically they were also a vote bank for the congress party. When Dr Ambedkar proposed these dalits, ie chamars, churas and many others to be accepted into the Sikh fold, the Sikh leaders foolishly , at the advice of the Brahmins and Gandhi, rejected the proposal. The brahmins won again. Most low caste people are still in slumber. Most chamars dont understand that Sikhism was actually created for them and other low castes. When will they wake up this fact? If they could just embrace sikhism in Punjab they can then take this to rest of 60 million chamars in India and the rest of dalits ie 250 to 300 million sikhs a formidable religious and political force. The oppression will stop, will gain respect and honour and take over Amritsar and Delhi.

I totally agree! Sikhism was made for the SHUDRAS I.e Chamar, valmiki etc because Hinduism/brahmanwad did not allow them to practice Hinduism and be part of the Hindu fold. But over past 100 years they are trying to divide these communities further for votes. The real Sikhs are the SHUDRAS. They need to realise this. Dera Ballan is one agency that is helping Congress and RSS. They have done this with the valmiki and julaha know it’s turn for the chamar. Following Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji and Sikhism is the only way forward

Please distinguish between Sikhs and Sikhism. Some or many Sikhs may still be racist as they have not given up Hindu culture and caste. But Sikhism is not racist or violent as this religion believes in social equality and casteless society. One of its tenets is protection of the poor and weak. Unjust use of violence is prohibited.Sikhs who still talk and denigrate others because of caste are not sikhs but charalatan sikhs , better still are not sikhs at all. Caste is often asked by those belonging to the low shudra PEASANT caste – the jatts. In Punjab, India they were peasant farmers, which they often leased from Rajput landlords.Please call them PEASANTS if they offend you. It really gets them. Most of them call them selves as farmers and yet they have no farms in India or anywhere else. Jatts have driven lot Sikhs out Sikhism because of their caste racism and yet Sikhism was not created for them.

Cividino it’s near Palazzolo sull’oglio, a very nice village, if u have time visit it, it’s really really nice 🙂
The Gurdwara of Verona is pro sikh Gurdwara, the Ballan Sants put the Nee pathar, but now they have left to respect Ballan Sants, i don’t remember the address at the moment.
There is a Gurdwara near Mantoa (Mantova), the village in which it is situated is Cesole.
Another Gurughar is near Vicenza, the specific village is Arzignano (the best I think 🙂 cos the commettee are very efficient) I think there, there are also a Singha da Gurughar, i heard …
Also near Rome in Terni.

There is no caste in Sikhism, I am an Amritdhari but also a “Chamar” if all my people took Amrit there wouldn’t be a problem….the sad reality is our ancestors had bad habits like smoking and were unclean therefore banished themselves from mainstream Sikhi. I can honestly say there is nothing more beautiful than Sikhi in its purest form. If all chamars took Amrit we would be equals. The state us “chamars” are in puts us on par with Bihari Baiyeh. Miss Pooja makes a song and we all get excited. The sad reality is the Brahmins are the real winners here as they wish to divide Sikhs….but of course pindu lok…pindu mentality. I feel so sad when I go to Ravidas Gurdwaras and there are no young Amritdharis like myself. But when I do my Nitnem All the pains go away. I urge all Chamars to take Amrit, it is the only way we will wholly be accepted not just by Jatts, but by society as a whole. I get more respect as a Khalsa then I would ever as a follower of Dera Ballan who are using pindu Chamars as pawns in their game. WAKE UP PUNJABIYO

Actually my wife is from a jatt family and we are both Amritdhari and we are from Handsworth in Birmingham and our families had no problem as we were both Amritdhari and follow the Sikh Rayat Maryada…the only members who objected were mohne and drank do their opinions really count? We were unified as Sikhs and now our children are Sikhs and that’s how they will stay until the day they take Amrit and become khalse! It saddens me that chamars have not embraced sikhism fully then moan that they haven’t been accepted. Most are too busy worshipping photographs of guru Ravidas then to actually study the Sri Guru Granth Sahib. It’s not a political game, its about the connection with God. Sikhi has helped me to be successful in every aspect of my life. I work in the Police force and wear my Turban with pride and the respect I get is because I’m a Singh not because of caste, it’s simply because I’m a Sardar! Crying that somebody said Chamar and following a cult dedicated solely to labelling people Dalits is ridiculous., these fake Santa like Niranjan Das are in it for themselves, whilst he flys around the world in a private jet, do you really think he cares about the welfare of Chamars. If anything Badal does more for chamars then him. The sarpanch in our pind is a Chamar female and in my laws pind and have total respect from the respective villagers. Chamars and other scheduled castes get reservations in education and government jobs so chamars have nothing to complain about. I think we should all have a good look at ourselves and instead of breaking away because of hate towards a particular community we should be building bridges instead of creating more of a divide. Dera Ballan are in it for themselves, if it wasnt for Sikhi you would have all been marrying your sisters and getting circumsised in other words o would’ve become Muslims….wake p and smell the coffee!

Respect ! I hope all chamar one day will follow and practice Sikhism. They lucky they have the Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. All answers are in there. Chamar are simply Sikh but agencies like Dera Ballan and similar are trying to break chamar into other groups. The sad thing minority are falling for the trap, majority are proud Sikhs.

Sant Niranjan Dass Ji and previous Sant’s of Dera Sachkhand Ballan have opened schools’ and hospitals and given so much for the poor and needy punjabis regardless of their religion or caste. The services are free for the poor Hindus, Sikhs and Ravidassia communities. Every person is treated as an individual in the hospital and eye hospital. hi I am a chamar Sikh over the years dera ballan have been trying to brain wash other community in other gurdwara there was a guy called shonki lal he use to stand on top of the langer tables and gv speeches how the hell can some one stand on top of the langer tables and spk nonsense he is the main trouble maker in the Sikh community .his only there for money. I seen him at wedding pissed up no respect how can people follow these people also we and family were married in front of the guru granth sahib there is no one bigger or better and never will be, all these sant who have bought this fake granth out the truth will be out one day there is a petition going on in india with the adharmi community to say they have copied the granth and it wqs not written by ravidas people don’t tell u these things becausce it harms there reputation of dera ballan , and also there has been arguments in dera ballan one of there associate turban was knocked off and they wanted to expel one of the sant please don’t follow fake sant

Here’s Narendra Kakad from Maharashtra have a govt job (Asstt Teacher as well as an NCC Officer) and serving for our community through an NGO named ‘ Akhil Bhartiya Shri Gurudev Seva Ashram ‘.
I’ve heard and read that in our India max IAS cadered candidates are selected from reservation cota (SC community), they are from Punjab state. It’s great.
Once in our community’s programme one Maharashtrian MLA claimed that he is only a leader who supports to our community. And one day when I met him with a needy one didn’t help. After all he was a politician. So we some people collected, helpd and today he is running a class of sports. Actually Maharashtrians are not so active and those who are active not doing well. Max are poor, and illiterate they cannot give proper education to their children. Needs some schools like ‘Gurukul’ specially made for community’s children and should give the standard education to them to make IAS cadered officer. And IAS cadered officers from our community would guide them time to time. This is the need of era.
The addresses you have published above are so much important. The other community should know the power of ours. It’s great job. There’s only one temple of Shri Gurudev Ji in Maharashtra and a very few Maharashtrians know it, the people who are literated and who are leaders, max of them also unknown about it. Needs to make Maharashtrians live.
If possible, we can do so much for those poor otherwise they will as they are. Like me alone can’t do anything. Needs to gather helping hands to help (stand) them….

Science has taught us that the heat of the sun makes the water evaporate from the oceans and seas. Being lighter than air it rises high above and with the movements of the earth it moves and cools resulting in snow and rain. The snow at the high altitudes melts due to the heat of the sun and from drops it forms streams, rivers etc with the ultimate aim to reach the sea from where it originated. On the way if there is any obstruction to the flow it will either flow over it and if not it will circumvent it. In other words it will takes the easiest way to reach the goal. Same is the case with our community. Whenever any obstruction has come the way of our community we, most of the time, avoid confrontation. The aim is to reach the Almighty. On the way we are lured into joining Deras as they provide an easier way that was denied by others. What I want to project that we do not have the courage, the might or will to fight obstructions. We are the only community that is present in all religions unlike other communities. At each step we get divided for different reasons. Every individual has his birth right to follow any religion. So we should not fight and waste time discussing irrelevant issues. Be it an Ambedkarite, Ravidasia, Sikh, Hindu, Buddhist etc. But when it comes to the matter of SC Community WE SHOULD BE ONE. Because community comes first. If the community is protected and united then all religions will be strong. Stop criticizing one another. I have been an intimate part of the SC Community both in India and abroad. I have been involved with organizations claiming IAS, IPS, Civil servants and general public. But all are prey to individual selfish motives. I am now communicating with community to bring about something that works for the benefit of the community and not its destruction.
